This small compact device will keep your ADSL modem/router safe from day-to-day surges on the phone line up to 230v. Features ultra-low capacitance to ensure there is little or no signal loss and will not affect your broadband signal. Supplied with BT to RJ11 adaptor.
Simply plug the BT to RJ11 adaptor into your broadband enabled socket, connect the surge protector into the adaptor and then connect your ADSL filter into the surge protector.
Not suitable for cable broadband or BT Openreach MK1, MK2 Wall Sockets. Please note: A common surge protector will stop voltage spikes and surges on your ADSL line up to 230v but not a lightning strike. The safest way to protect your equipment from lightning is to unplug all power, telephone (modem / router) and antenna cables etc.
