Q. How do I make a purchase online?
A. Firstly, find the product you would like to purchase, enter the quantity required in the quantity box, then click the 'Add to Basket' button. You will be passed briefly to a summary page to check the details before being passed back to the original product page. If you want to change the quantities of any item, simply click the 'Basket' button at the top of the page. Once you are happy with the contents, simply click on 'Checkout'. On the next page, select your country i.e. UK Mainland, Republic of Ireland etc. If you want to ship your order to a different address tick the box. Click Next and fill in your personal details, tick the box to accept the Terms & Conditions and select your preferred delivery method. Click 'Next'. You will be passed to SagePay, our payment service provider. You are now on a secure page. (You can tell by looking at the URL which will begin https://..). At this point you can safely enter your card details. After completing your payment, click on the 'Done' button at the foot of the page. You will shortly receive an email confirming your order has been received. If you have any questions, please call 023 9266 2578.

Q. Do your prices include VAT?
A. Yes. All our products are displayed inclusive of VAT at the current rate.

Q. When will my order be dispatched?
A. Most orders received before 3.00pm Monday - Friday (excluding public and bank holidays) will usually be dispatched same day as per your requested delivery option, subject to stock availability. Orders received outside of these times will be processed and dispatched next working day.

Q. When will my order be delivered?
A. Most orders should be delivered within 1-5 working days depending on the class of service selected. Any delivery times offered should be considered an estimate only and are calculated from the shipping date. Delivery times can vary, particularly during peak periods.

Q. How much do you charge for delivery?
A. Postage is based on weight, size and destination of your order. For heavier and large quantity orders please refer to our Delivery Information page for full details.

Q. Are my card details safe?
A. Absolutely. Sage Pay, our payment service provider is the UK's leading independent PSP which processes millions of secure credit and debit card transactions for over 55,000 online and mail order businesses across the UK. All card details are encrypted using the latest encryption technology.

Q. Will my personal details be passed to other companies?
